Axiom Claims: Coverage
Golf Cart Coverage:
Any part that falls within the following categories is covered if it experiences a Breakdown during the Contract Term:
- Engine
- Transmission
- Primary Drive, Final Drive, Secondary Drive
- Drive Axle Assembly (shaft-driven vehicles)
- Lubricating & Cooling Systems
- Suspension (front & rear)
- Steering & Braking Systems
- Electrical & Charging Systems
- Gauges, Fuel System, Oil Injection
- Global Positioning System (GPS)
- Radio/Cassette/CD Player
- Fluids & Fasteners (related to covered components)
- Seals & Gaskets: Covered on new vehicles only.
- Alterations/Modifications: Not covered unless manufacturer-approved.
EV Battery Coverage
If your Electric Vehicle incurs an EV Battery Breakdown, coverage includes one EV battery replacement (up to $500) during the contract term.
- Applies to all eligible golf cart EVs under contract
- Battery type depends on make/model
- May replace certain components not applicable to your EV
Axiom Claims: Exclusions
Coverage does not apply:
- Where/When: Repairs outside U.S./Canada, not pre-approved, or reported late (after 45 days).
- Causes: Manufacturer defects/recalls, accidents, road hazards, misuse/abuse/neglect, lack of maintenance, fuel contamination, power surges, or unauthorized modifications/aftermarket parts.
- Use: Racing, rentals, commercial use, over-revving, or sustained high-speed abuse.
- Normal Wear Items: Spark plugs, filters, belts, hoses, clutches, brake pads, tires, batteries, bulbs, seals & gaskets (except on new vehicles), alignments, tune-ups, cosmetic items (paint, chrome, trim, upholstery, seats, windshields).
- Other: Consequential damage (a covered part breaking a non-covered part), Acts of God (fire, flood, theft, storms, natural disasters), pre-existing or salvage/branded/rebuilt vehicles, and incidental costs (loss of use, rental cars, inconvenience, personal expenses).
Transfer & Cancellations
Transfer
Allowed to a new owner (not a new vehicle) within 30 days. Requires form, Bill of Sale, contract copy, and $50 fee. Not valid for dealers/resellers. Call (877) 219-7438 or email contact@axiomadmin.com.
Cancellations:
- You: Cancel anytime. Full refund within 60 days if no claims; after that, pro-rated minus $50 and claims paid.
- Axiom: May cancel within 60 days for any reason, or later for non- payment, misrepresentation, or misuse. Refund = full contract price.
- Lienholder: Refund may go to lienholder if financed; lienholder may cancel for default, repossession, or total loss.
