Protect your golf cart with comprehensive battery coverage backed by industry-leading administrators and nationwide support. Our Golf Cart Battery Service Agreement is designed to save you money, reduce downtime, and ensure your cart performs at its best year-round.
What This Agreement Covers
Battery Replacement Coverage
If your covered battery fails—including EV battery failures—we pay for an approved replacement according to the program’s limits. A battery is considered failed when it can no longer hold a proper charge or drops below 70% of its original capacity (or the manufacturer’s lower threshold).
Diagnostic Coverage
We cover reasonable and necessary diagnostics related to a battery failure, based on industry-standard labor times and rates.
Roadside Assistance Reimbursement
If your golf cart won’t start due to a weak or rundown battery, you can receive up to $100 per incident (maximum $200 per term) for a jump-start or towing to a repair facility.
Where Repairs Are Performed
All replacements must be completed by the Issuing Dealer or an approved licensed repair facility. After-hours or emergency replacements are eligible for reimbursement when following the claim procedure.

A full exclusions list is available in the official agreement.
